Ingredients
Fresh Bombil –

Chilli powder

Coriander powder

Green chillies
(slit lengthwise) –

Rice flour –

Vinegar –

Coriander leaves –

Ginger
(
garlic
paste – 1 tsp) –
Instructions
Clean and wash the bombils. Cut into 2 – 3 pieces.
Marinate with
chilli powder
,
salt
,
turmeric powder
and
ginger
garlic
paste. Add rice flour and mix well.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add chopped
onion
, slit
green chillies
and saute till it turns light brown in colour.
Add
turmeric powder
and
coriander powder
. Mix well.
Add the bombil pieces.
Add 2 cups of
water
. Cover the pan and allow the fish to cook for 2 minutes.
:-Do not stir the curry else the fish will break.
When done,add vinegar. Stir very carefully.
Transfer the contents to abowl.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
