  1. Clean and wash the bombils. Cut into 2 – 3 pieces.
  2. Marinate with chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Add rice flour and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add chopped onion, slit green chillies and saute till it turns light brown in colour.
  5. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
  6. Add the bombil pieces.
  7. Add 2 cups of water. Cover the pan and allow the fish to cook for 2 minutes.
  8. :-Do not stir the curry else the fish will break.
  9. When done,add vinegar. Stir very carefully.
  10. Transfer the contents to abowl.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
