This is a great smoothie consisting of fruit, fruit juice and ice. I like to use whatever fresh fruits I crave that day. Any kind of

Instructions
peel the
banana
,
orange
and
apple
and cut into the pieces, clean and take the
pomegranate
seed
add all the fruits and
sugar
in the blender, and blend it well
