  1. Put sugar and cardamom in a blender and make into powder.
  2. Add the sliced bananas into the powdered sugar and make into a fine paste.
  3. Pour this into a bowl.
  4. Add maida and salt
  5. Mix it well.No need to add water.Add water only if required.
  6. Heat oil for deep frying.put a small spoon of batter in the hot oil and fry until golden brown in colour.
  7. Tasty fried banana balls are ready.
