  1. For preparing fried beef, cut the beef into small pieces. Cook it till it becomes half cooked.
  2. Then mix the ingredients: pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, minced ginger, garam masala powder, chilly powder and minced garlic with required salt. Stir it well and cook in low flame till the beef is done.
  3. Then pour oil to a heated vessel and add the above mixture to it and fry well.
  4. Fried beef is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, pathiri, rice, etcaa
