- Brinjals(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Corn flour - 1/2 cup
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing fried brinjals, take a bowl and mix in corn flour, gram flour, curry leaves, chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder with required water to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Dip the brinjals in the batter and deep fry it in oil till brown in colour.
- Fried brinjals are ready. Serve hot.
