Instructions
For preparing fried fish pickle, marinate the sliced fish in
salt
and
turmeric powder
. Then fry it in
oil
and keep it aside.
Grind dry
red chillies
,
cumin seeds
, 30
garlic
cloves
, 1 piece of
ginger
and
mustard seeds
.
Heat
oil
in a pan and fry the ground paste. Mix well.
Then add in the sliced
garlic
,
ginger
and
green chillies
. Fry well.
Add in the fried fish, vinegar and
salt
. Mix well and let it cook well.
Allow it to cool and store in a bottle.
Fried fish pickle is ready. Serve when required.
