Fried Gram Muruku
Murukkus are all time favorite snack made with rice in combination of channa dal or urad dal . this special combo with fried grams make the muruku easy to prepare ,crisp and tasty.

  • idly rice 2 cups –
  • fried grams 1 cup –
  • redchilli 4no. –
  • salt 1 tbsp –
  • seasame seeds 1 tbsp –
  • asafoetida 1 tbsp –
  1. soak rice in water for about 1 hour
  2. grind the rice along with red chilli and salt
  3. after grinding add seasame seeds
  4. to it add butter
  5. powder the fried gram and sieve it ..add to the dough
  6. make a fine dough
  7. in a muruku presser make a muruku as shown
  8. deep fry both the sides in oil
  9. strain the excess oil with tissue and serve
