Mutton or beef liver is used for preparing this delicacy.

Ingredients for grinding:
  1. Clean and drain the liver pieces until dry.
  2. Grind the ingredients to be ground to a soft paste.
  3. Smear the ground masala on the liver pieces and leave aside for 20 minutes.
  4. Take a vessel and put the marinated liver pieces. Pour 1 cup water and cook in low fire until the liver pieces are done and the water has evaporated fully.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves and cooked liver pieces. Add a pinch of garam masala. Take care not to fry the liver pieces too much.
  6. Fry the liver pieces on both sides and remove from fire.
  7. Fried liver recipe is ready and serve hot with rice.
