- Chicken - 10 pieces
- Tomato(chopped, medium) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped, medium) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
- Pepper(powdered) - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered) - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon(powdered, Karuvapatta) - 1 inch
- Cloves(powdered, Karambu) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing fried masala chicken, clean chicken pieces, wash well and drain. Keep it aside.
- Take a bowl, add onion-tomato paste, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, cinnamon powder, cloves powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt.
- Mix to make a thick paste. Add a little water if required.
- Marinate the chicken for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Then heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry both the sides of the chicken pieces till it becomes golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Fried masala chicken is ready. Serve hot.
