Fried Noodles-Pasta-Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • Noodles/Pasta/Spaghetti – 200gms
  • Ginger(cut lengthwise) – 1inch
  • Sausage(cut into rings) – 250gms
  • Onion(big cut lengthwise) – 1no
  • Capsicum(cut lengthwise) – 1no
  • Soya Sauce – 1tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 1tbsp
  • Chilly sauce – 1tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2tsp
  • Egg 1no
  • Oil 2tbsp
Instructions
  1. Boil noodles/pasta/spaghetti with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil.
  2. Strain when cooked and keep aside.
  3. Add cooking oil in a broad pan and fry ginger for 2 sec.
  4. Add the egg and stir fry till half done.
  5. Add the sausages and fry for 10 sec.
  6. To this,add onion and fry till onion turns transparent.
  7. Add the cooked noodles/pasta/spaghetti and fry stirring in high flame for approximately 2 mins.
  8. Reduce the flame and add capsicum,soya ,tomato and chilly sauce.
  9. Stir well and check the level of salt.
  10. Finally add black pepper powder and stir well.
  11. Serve hot.
  12. :-Alternatively,you can use pepperoni/boiled n shredded chicken /boiled shrimps for the sausage and additionally,any more vegetables of your choice like mushrooms/cabbage/celery/spring onions/lettuce/carrots.
