Instructions
For preparing fried potatoes, take a bowl and mix in corn flour,
gram flour
,
curry leaves
, chilly powder,
salt
and
turmeric powder
with required
water
to make a thick batter.
Heat
oil
in a deep frying pan.
Dip the potatoes in the batter and deep fry it in
oil
till brown in colour on low flame.
Fried potatoes are ready. Serve hot.
