Ingredients
- Prawns(cleaned and de-veined) - 1/2 kg
- Onion(finely cubed, big) - 1 no
- garlic(paste) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Oregano(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Ajinomoto(A pinch) -
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing fried prawn balls, first marinate the prawns in salt and pepper powder for 1/2 an hour. Then deep fry the marinated prawns.
- Grind the fried prawns with garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, oregano, coriander leaves and garam masala.
- Place the prawn mixture in a bowl. Combine all well with eggs, ajinomoto, onion and bread crumbs.
- Make small lemon sized balls out of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the prawn balls on low flame till it becomes brown in colour. Keep it aside.
- Fried prawn balls are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
