Ingredients
- Prawns(de-veined and cleaned) - 250 g
- garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
- Lettuce leaves(chopped) - 150 g
- basil leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Walnuts(chopped) - 80 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(If reqd) -

- In a bowl add in the fried prawns, grated garlic, lettuce leaves, basil leaves, walnuts, lemon juice, pepper powder and chilly sauce. Mix well and add salt if required.
- Fried prawn salad is ready.
