  • Frozen fried Paneer – 1pack
  • Ginger Paste – 1tsp
  • Garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Onion 1no
  • Tomato 1no
  • Coriander powder 4tsp
  • Masala powder – 4tsp
  • Chilly powder – 2tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Oil 1
  • Coriander leaves(optional) – 4stems
  • Capsicum(optional) – 1no(small)
  1. Defrost frozen fried paneer in a microwave.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and stir, till brown.
  4. Add chopped onions, sliced capsicum and stir, till onions are cooked.
  5. Add coriander powder and masala powder and stir, till the smell of masala powder comes out.
  6. Add one or two chopped tomatoes, chilly powder and stir well, till tomatoes blend well.
  7. Add water and salt and stir, till masala blends in water.
  8. Add paneer, cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame for some time. Cook till the gravy thickens.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
