  • Rice(cooked) – 1tbsp
  • Milk 1/4cup
  • Apple juice – 2tsp
  • Grapes – 4nos
  • Pineapple(sliced) – 1piece
  • Vanilla Essence – 2drops
  • Sugar(As reqd) –
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) – 1piece
  1. For preparing fruit rice pudding, boil milk, sugar, cinnamon and rice on low flame till the milk drains to half.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
  3. Remove the cinnamon and grind the mixture.
  4. Cook the mixture on low flame again for 10 minutes.
  5. Convert it into a pudding tray and put it in the fridge.
  6. Fruit rice pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
