Ingredients
- Prawns(de-veined and cleaned) - 1/2 kg
- garlic(finely chopped) - 20 cloves
- Dry chilly flakes - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Butter - 500 g
- olive oil - 1 1/2 cups
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and curry leaves over it.
- Cook the prawns on both the sides.
- Remove it from the heat and gently pour the entire contents into a bowl.
- Sprinkle pepper powder.
