  • Prawns(de-veined and cleaned) – 1/2kg
  • garlic(finely chopped) – 20cloves
  • Dry chilly flakes – 3tbsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Curry leaves 2springs
  • Butter – 500g
  • olive oil 1 1/2cups
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing garlic chilly prawns, heat olive oil and butter in a big frying pan.
  2. Toss in the chopped garlic, chilly flakes, salt and prawns to the frying pan.
  3. Sprinkle coriander leaves and curry leaves over it.
  4. Cook the prawns on both the sides.
  5. Remove it from the heat and gently pour the entire contents into a bowl.
  6. Sprinkle pepper powder.
  7. Garlic chilly prawns is ready. Serve hot.
