  • Garlic 15 no. –
  • red chili 6 no. –
  • Rice flour : 1 cup –
  • besan flour 1/2 cup –
  • Salt to taste –
  • asafoetida 1/2 tsp –
  • poppy seed 1/2 tsp –
  • Sesame seed 1/2 tsp –
  • Butter : 1 tsp –
  • Oil to deep fry –
  1. Peel the garlic and take red chili
  2. Make a fine paste by adding little water
  3. In a bowl add Rice flour, Besan Flour, Garlic red chili paste, poppy seed, Sesame seed, asafoetida, salt and butter
  4. Add little water and make soft and smooth dough
  5. Stuff in Murukku Mould
  6. Heat the oil in the pan and press the stuffed murukku Mould Directly to the oil, fry it for 2 mins
  7. Now Garlic Murukku ready.
