Instructions
For preparing
ginger
bread, boil
milk
and
salt
.
Remove it from the heat and add in
honey
. Let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
Grease a bread tin with butter and line it with grease proof paper.
Crush cinnamon,
cloves
, aniseeds and
coriander seeds
.
In a bowl, add in maida, crushed spices,
baking powder
and
ginger
. Mix well.
Pour in the
milk
mixture and knead it to make a smooth dough.
Put it into the tin and bake it for 1 hour in the oven.
Allow the
ginger
bread to cool on the rack and then remove it from the tin.
Ginger
bread is ready.
