A simple Vegetarian dish with cauliflower

Ingredients
  • Finely grated cauliflower : 2 cup –
  • Cumin seeds : 2 tsp –
  • Finely chopped onions : 2 nos –
  • Chopped green chilies : 2 nos –
  • Chopped coriander leaves : ¼ cup –
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp –
  • Salt : as reqd –
  • Oil : as reqd –
Instructions
  1. Heat little oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.
  2. When cumin seeds start to crackle, add chopped green chilies and onion. Cook till onion turns pink.
  3. Now add cauliflower and cook it on slow flame. Add salt and little amount of water so that cauliflower doesn’t stick to the pan.
  4. Once it turns brown, add red chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and mix properly.
