  1. Take a medium sized cauliflower.
  2. Cut into florets and remove the stalk.
  3. Place them in a bowl.
  4. To it, add maida, corn flour and egg white and mix well.
  5. Add soya sauce, pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  6. Add water if reqd.
  7. Deep fry it in hot oil.
  8. In a pan, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour paste or liquid.
  9. Heat it for a minute.
  10. Add chilli powder, sugar and salt and heat for one minute.
  11. :- Serve with fried curry leaves and long sliced onions or spring onions with the greens well chopped.
