this is very good for health. this aadai gives more energy. in olden days people use to store this aadai for more one day. godhumai have more fibers and colories.

Ingredients
  • Wheat 1 1/2cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili – 2
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Salt(as taste) –
  • Curry leaves and coriander leaves(little) –
  • Oil 2tsp
Instructions
  1. Chop onion, green chili, curry and coriander leaves
  2. In bowl take wheat flour and chopped o onions and other ingredients
  3. Add water mix well like thick aadai consistency
  4. Heat tawa and apply little oil and take small amount of batter and expand in your hands with little water
  5. Turn both side and cook for 10 mins and place other
  6. Now its ready to serve Godhumai aadai
