- Gooseberries(de-seeded and cubed) - 4 cups
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add in the cooked gooseberries, chilly powder, turmeric powder, vinegar and required salt. Mix well.
- Allow it to cool and preserve it in an airtight container.
- Gooseberry pickle is ready.
