  1. In a pressure cooker. Heat oil. Add onion,1 tomato,3 green chillies,garlic n ginger paste,salt and saute well
  2. Add mutton ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Pressure it for 5 to 10 mins
  3. Spinach preparation: Mix spinach leaves, salt, 3 green chillies, and 1 tomato in a bowl and cook it for 5 to 8 mins and mash it well.
  4. Mix the spinach mixture into the mutton gravy, and sprinkle coriander leaves Close lid and cook for another 2 mins. Serve hot
