Gravy Chicken Fry
Gravy chicken curry is usually done when ever the chicken pieces are leftover in gravy. This pieces of chicken are again spiced up and turned to a relishing different taste in total. The aroma behind this dish comes from the freshly ground cinnamon,clove and pepper powder. This gravy chicken curry is a best combo for rasam rice.

Ingredients
  • chicken 1/2 kg ( cooked in gravy) –
  • mustard 1 sp –
  • shallots 1 cup –
  • Green chilli : 2 –
  • curry leafs few –
  • Cinnamon: 1 –
  • Cloves – 3 –
  • pepper 1/4 sp –
  • salt 1/4 sp –
Instructions
  1. in oil saute mustard, shallots, green chilli, curry leafs
  2. add chicken filtered from gravy
  3. grind cinnamon, cloves and pepper together
  4. add the grind mix to chicken
  5. mix well till nice aroma comes and serve
