Ingredients
  • green gram 1 cup –
  • baby onions 1 cup –
  • garlic 4 flakes –
  • Ginger : small piece –
  • Green chilli 2 no. –
  • cumin seeds 1 sp. –
  • curry leafs few –
  • coriander leafs few –
  • Salt : As required –
Instructions
  1. soak green grams over night
  2. take all the ingredients and grind it together along with green gram
  3. make a batter like this and add salt
  4. spread it in dosa pan very thinly turn both sides with 1 spoon oil and serve
