Ingredients
Mixed vegetables –

Onion

Coconut
milk

Bay leaf –

Cloves
, cinnamon,
cardamom

ghee

Instructions
Chop all vegetables and keep aside
wash and soak
Samai
and keep aside
In a pan add
oil
and
ghee
and temper bay leaf,
cloves
and cinnamon,
cardamom
Now saute
onion
and green chili
Now add vegetables and saute well
Now add
Green gram
mix well and add
salt
Now add
coconut
milk
and
water
1:2 protion for rice and close lid and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame
Now its ready to serve
