  • Chickpeas – 1Cup
  • Green peas 1Cup
  • Egg 1Nos.
  • Coriander leaves(One hand full) –
  • Green chilly – 2Nos.
  • garlic( Cloves) – 4
  • Onion(Small) – 1
  • Salt(As required) –
  • Oil(For frying) –
  1. Soak green peas and chickpeas overnight.
  2. Wash it and Drain the water
  3. Combine all ingredients (except the oil) in the bowl of a food processor.
  4. Pulse until the mixture is well-combined, but not puréed.
  5. Form the mixture into small patties. Heat oil in a pan and fry the falafel until nice brown colour.
  6. Green Pea and Chickpea Falafel is ready now.
