- Green peas - 450 g
- Onion seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 2 tsp
- Yogurt - 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing green peas in yogurt, cook the green peas in salt water. Drain it and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a vessel.
- Then add in turmeric powder, grated coconut and salt. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
- Add the green peas into the pan. Stir fry gently for 5 minutes, until the green peas become lightly golden brown.
- Pour in the yogurt, tomatoes and fresh coriander. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes and remove it from the flame.
- Green peas in yogurt is ready. Serve as a side dish with rice.
