This is a light and filing dish to take for dinner alomg with fruits

Ingredients
  • bread 5 slices –
  • palak hand few –
  • Green chilli : 1 no –
  • coriander leaf a bunch –
  • lemon juice 1 sp –
  • grated bottle gourd 2 sp –
  • grated carrots 3 sp –
  • boiled beetroots 4 slices –
  • tomatoes sliced 4 –
  • grated cheese 2 sp –
  • Pepper and salt
Instructions
  1. grind palak , 1 slice bread, chilli, salt coriander together and squeeze lemon in it
  2. spread the chutney in both breads
  3. place grated bottle gourd in it
  4. on top of it keep boiled beetroot slices
  5. on it spread grated carrots
  6. on top keep tomatoes ,sprinkle pepper salt and grate chees on top of it
  7. cover it another bread and serve
