  1. Grill the brinjal, capsicum and garlic on direct flame.
  2. Remove the black skin and chop the brinjal , capsicum and garlic. Keep aside.
  3. In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add garam masala and cumin seeds.4) Fry onion till golden and add the brinjal mix. Add tomatoes.
  4. Add chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, chicken masala and salt.
  5. cover and cook the masala.
  6. Make it dry and serve hot with chappathi.
