Ingredients
- Boneless duck - 250 g
- Spinach leaves(chopped) - 150 g
- Celery(chopped) - 1 spring
- Cucumber(chopped) - 1 cup
- Peanuts - 80 g
- Pears(chopped) - 1 no
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Black Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing grilled duck salad, first grill the chicken and chop it.
- In a bowl add in the chopped grilled duck, spinach leaves, celery, cucumber, peanuts, lemon juice, pepper powder, olive oil and sesame seeds. Mix well.
- Grilled duck salad is ready.
