- Sweet balsam - 1 tsp
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce - 4 drops

Instructions
- For preparing grilled hamour with garlic and sweet balsam, marinate the hamour fish fillet with garlic, sweet balsam, butter, oyster sauce, pepper powder and salt.
- Lay a large piece of foil on a baking tray. Place the above mixture in the centre, fold the foil and turn under the edges.
- Place on a charcoal grill and cook for 10 minutes.
- Grilled hamour with garlic and sweet balsam is ready. Serve hot.
