Ingredients
- Eggs - 5 nos
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 350 g
- Potatoes(finely chopped) - 500 g
- Milk - 2 cups
- *Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 20 g
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Whisk eggs till they leave a trail.
- Add milk, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper powder and red pepper. Whisk it well.
- Melt butter in a dish, add in the tomatoes and potatoes. Cook it for about 5 minutes on low flame.
- Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and allow the eggs to set.
- When it sets, put the egg mixture in the grill with burner on low. As soon as the top is brown, slide it onto a serving dish.
- Grilled spanish omelet is ready. Serve hot.
