Ingredients for the masala paste:
  1. Clean and cut the guar/cluster beans into 10 pieces.
  2. Grind the ingredients of the masala to make a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sautT the sliced onions till they turn translucent.
  4. Add the ground masala paste, turmeric powder and salt. Cover and cook the masala till the oil separates.(you can add a little water to cook the masala)
  5. Add the guar/cluster beans and cubed potatoes and + cup water.
  6. Cover & cook on a low flame for 20 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. serve it with poori or roti.
