Ingredients
  • Baby corn 1/2 cup –
  • cauliflower 1/2 cup –
  • Capsicum : 1/4 cup –
  • palak 1/4 cup –
  • potato 1/2 cup –
  • Chopped onion 4 tsp –
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp –
  • Chat masala 3 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp –
  • Bread 5 no. –
  • Oil to deep fry –
Instructions
  1. Chop the capsicum, cauliflower and baby corn
  2. make a fine paste with palak by adding little water
  3. boil and mash the potato
  4. In a bowl add bread and palak and mix well
  5. Now add chopped onion, coriander, potato, cauliflower, capsicum, baby corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, chat masala
  6. mix well
  7. Make cylindrical shape
  8. heat the oil and deep fry it
  9. Now hariyali kabab is ready to serve
