Cabbage stuffing filled and made into a paratha

Ingredients
- Wheat flour(Aata podi) - 1 1/2 cups
- Ghee(As reqd) -
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- For the stuffing -
- Cabbage(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Paneer(crumbled, cottage cheese) - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Garam masala(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing healthy cabbage parathas, sieve the flour in a bowl.
- Knead the dough well for 5 minutes and divide the dough into equal balls. Keep it aside.
- In the same bowl add paneer, coriander leaves, garam masala, green chillies and salt and mix well. Keep this stuffing aside.
- Roll out each ball of the dough into a circle like chapatti.
- Spread a little stuffing on one of the chapatti and cover it with another chappati. Press the sides well so they stick together well.
- Take a tava and fry the paratha`s using a little ghee on both sides.
- Repeat the procedure with the remaining mixture and dough. 10)Healthy cabbage paratha`s are ready. Serve hot.
