  1. For preparing healthy pistachio milk, cook the pistachios in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain it and allow it to cool.
  2. Grind it with 1/4 cup of water to make a paste.
  3. Pour 3 cups of water to this paste and strain it using a cloth.
  4. Again pour 2 cups of water to the remnants, grind it again and strain it.
  5. Add milk, sugar and rose water to the filtered pistachio milk. Stir it well.
  6. Healthy pistachio milk is ready. Serve it chilled.
