Ingredients
- Potatoes(finely cubed) - 500 gm
- Red masoor dal(Parippu) - 2 tsp
- Bay leaf(Karuga ela) - 1 no
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 1 no
- Cinnamom stick(Karugapatta) - 1"
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Water - 4 cups
- Cheese(grated) - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Toss in the onions and saute well.
- Open the lid and then allow it simmer to for 10 minutes.
- Remove it from the pressure cooker and allow it to cool.
- Blend it, strain it and boil it again.
- Garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves.
- Healthy potato soup is ready. Serve immediately.
