Ingredients
- Prawns(de-veined, cleaned, cooked and chopped) - 300 g
- Brown rice(cooked) - 350 g
- Soya beans - 200 g
- Salad cucumber(chopped) - 1 cup
- Lime juice - 1 1/2 lime
- Mint leaves(finely chopped) - 8 leaves
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing healthy prawn salad, cook the soya beans in the pressure cooker. Drain it and put it in a bowl.
- Mix in the rice, celery, lime juice, mint leaves and prawns. Mix well.
- Add in soy sauce and pepper. Toss it well.
- Healthy prawn salad is ready.
