  • Cinnamon 100g –
  • Cloves 100g –
  • Cumin seed 100g –
  • pepper seed 100g –
  • poppy seed 100g –
  • fennel seed 100g –
  • bay leaf 100g –
  • Kapok Buds 100g –
  • annaipoo 100g –
  • cardamom 1/4 glass –
  1. Dry fry the all the spices for 5 mins in lower flame
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. grind it in smooth and fine powder.
  4. store in closed container. now home made garam masala is ready
