Ingredients
  • Meat : 1/2 k gm –
  • Yogurt : 1/2 cup –
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste : 1 tab –
  • Green Chilli Paste : 1 tab –
  • Onions : 2 nos –
  • Oil : as reqd –
  • Salt : as reqd –
  • Red Chili : 1 tsp –
  • Turmeric : 1/4 tsp –
Instructions
  1. Add yogurt, meat, ginger and garlic paste, salt, green chilli (crushed), red chilli, and turmeric in a bowl .

  4. Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. Golden-brown the onions by adding them in oil (as required).
  6. Enter Step
  7. Add mixed meat in the oil when onions become golden-brown then cook it and after that let it cook under cover at low flame for half an hour.
  8. When meat becomes soft cook it for 5 minutes.
  9. Now serve it.
