Horse grams with vinegar, coconut and other ingredients

Ingredients
- Horse grams(soaked over night, Muthira) - 300 g
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Onions(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 3 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- garlic(grated) - 4 cloves
- Ginger(grated) - 1 inch
- Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a large pan and saute the cumin seeds until they splutter.
- Saute in curry leaves, onions, salt, green chillies, garlic and ginger .
- Sprinkle in garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and salt. Saute it for some time.
- Toss in the tomatoes and allow it to cook on low flame.
- Garnish with the coriander leaves and put off the flame.
- Horse grams with vinegar is ready. Serve hot with bread, naan, etc.
