Hot And Sour Chicken Soup
A very easy to make soup which can be enjoyed on winter evenings

Ingredients
  • Cabbage(shredded) – 1/2cup
  • Carrot(grated) – 1/2cup
  • Chicken(cooked and shredded) – 1/2cup
  • Spring onions(chopped) – 1/4cup
  • Clear vegetable stock – 3 1/2cup
  • Vinegar – 2tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1tbsp
  • Chilly sauce – 1/2tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Cornflour(dissolved in 1/2 cup water) – 1tbsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok over high flame. Add cabbage, carrots, chicken, spring onions and stir-fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the stock, vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce, coriander, pepper and salt. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cornflour mixture and boil for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring continuously.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
