  1. in a bowl add chicken, curd, ginger garlic paste.salt,black pepper, turmeric and garam masala and mix well
  2. marinate for 1 hour
  3. slice the onion and chop the red chili
  4. in a pan heat the oil and add onion and red chili and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  5. add marinated chicken, mix well and allow to cook in medium flame for 5 mins
  6. add required water to cook the desi murgh / nattu kozhi and mix it
  7. allow to cook until the chicken get cooked and water get dry
  8. cut into two pieces of cashews and raisins
  9. heat the ghee and fry the cashews and raisins
  10. transfer into the chicken and mix it
  11. now hyderabad desi murgh is ready to serve
