  1. Roast dried prawns and cook it with water, enough salt, green chillies and turmeric powder.
  2. When it cooked, add bilimbi fruit and cook in low flame until done.
  3. Grind coconut with chilly powder and coriander powder. Add this to the cooked bilimbi fruit.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chilly, shallots, saute well. Pour this to the curry.
  5. Serve hot.
