- Chakka chula (raw jackfruit flush) - 20 Nos.
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt(As required) -
- Oil(For frying) -
- Water - 1 Cup

- Cut chakka chula or the jack fruit flesh/bulbs into thin wedges
- Mix turmeric powder and salt in one cup water and keep it aside
- Transfer it into a strainer and when cool transfer to air tight containers and enjoy
