Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
  2. Saute minced onion until golden brown.
  3. Saute veggies if your using them.
  4. Saute rice for a few mins.
  5. Add water and salt and bring to a boil.
  6. Lower heat and cook covered for about 15 mins or until rice is done.
  7. Fluff with a fork and garnish with coriander leaves.
