Ingredients
Kadalapparippu / Split Chick Peas : 1 cup (cooked) –
Egg
: 5 nos –
Sugar
: 12 tsp –
Cashew nuts : 10 nos –
Dry grapes : 10 nos –
Instructions
Beat 5 eggs together with
sugar
for 10 minutes.

Grind well the cooked Kadalapparippu / split chick peas.

Add this to the
egg

mixture.
Beat for 20 more minutes (optional : add 2 tsp of butter to this, which softens the cake).
Cook in a pan on low flame. (A knife inserted in the middle of the cake must come out neatly) This takes around 30 minutes.
