  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. Fry, till the onion sweats.
  4. Add salt, turmeric and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Add the chicken pieces along with a little more pepper.
  6. Mix well and cover the chicken with onions.
  7. Cover and cook on a low flame for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
  8. :- Serve hot with chappathis.
